Welcome to UnitedCityCars. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our website, app, or customer service.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment options.

  • Prices are subject to change based on location, distance, time, and service type.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Service Rules

  • Passengers must be ready at the designated pick-up time and location.

  • No smoking, drinking, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicles.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be billed to the customer.

  • UnitedCityCars reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

5. Wait Time and Extra Charges

  • A complimentary wait time of 10 minutes (30 minutes for airport pick-ups) is included.

  • Additional wait time is billed per minute based on the vehicle type.

  • Tolls, parking fees, and additional stops may incur extra charges.

6. Liability

  • UnitedCityCars is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

7. Safety and Conduct

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Children under 8 years old must be in an appropriate child safety seat (provided upon request in advance).

  • Our drivers have the right to end a trip if they feel safety is compromised.

  • We collect and store personal information to provide our services.

  • We never sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law.
